Discover the new gastronomic space of the iconic 5* hotel El Palace Barcelona. From the hand of the renowned chef Rafa Zafra, AMAR Barcelona was born. The restaurant takes its name from the love for Barcelona, as well as from Zafra's passion for seafood with nods to traditional Catalan cuisine.
The backbone of the kitchen at AMAR Barcelona is the product. The products, in which seasonality, season and origin are fundamental concepts, are at the heart of the recipes.
